Emma is in her fifth year at Hebron. She has a background in the social sector managing teams in a diverse range of settings. She oversees the day to day running of the programme and enjoys being part of all the women’s journeys who come through Hebron. She is always available to talk to women who are thinking of coming to Hebron.
Jennie oversees the Aftercare programme and our move-on house Chapel House. Jennie’s previous experience is in training and development management and working with people in the community. The Resettlement Team support residents who would like to relocate to Norwich. We work with a resident from admission to departure providing support with benefits; housing; voluntary work; finance and budgeting and also provide recovery support in the community.
Sophie is the newest member to join the team at Hebron. A lot of her experience has been working within the NHS so she is looking forward to the new challenges this role is going to present to her.
House Keeper / house support worker
Athena has recently joined the team and loves her role and being part of the team. Her role is busy and varied and she enjoys working with the women teaching them about healthy eating and budgeting.
Aftercare Support Worker
Lou has been with Hebron for just over 4 years. Lou brings a wealth of experience from her previous role at Jobcentre where she was employed for many years. Lou provides vital support to residents and ex residents in the community in early recovery. Lou really enjoys her role at Hebron and finds it rewarding.
Heather is an accredited psychodynamic counsellor/psychotherapist who has specialised in addictions for the last 16 years. She is also interested in working with anxiety / phobias and depression and facilitates a weekly relaxation class.
Joanna joined Hebron this year. She is a trained counsellor and has experience of working with a diverse range of clients. Joanna is enjoying her new role and is a great asset to the team.
Group Work Facilitator / CBT Therapist
Hester has been at Hebron for 20 years and has a wealth of experience in addiction and many other mental health conditions. She facilitates relapse prevention groups at Hebron. Her CBT approach is very popular.
Administration Support Worker
Clare is a Hebron Graduate who is now working full time here. She is a wonderful example to all our residents of what is possible after rehab! Clare also helps facilitate our Step Group and Basic text group.
Medication Support Co-ordinator
Rebecca works with all the residents in their health and medication needs and takes the residents to their medical appointments outside the house.
Natalie facilitates our basic text and Step Group. A Hebron Graduate herself she knows exactly what the residents need to know! Natalie also gives talks to outside agencies, groups and prisons about the work we do.
Geraldine is a recent addition to the Team here at Hebron. She has worked in Finance and third level education for nearly thirty years. She loves being in a busy environment and enjoys all aspects of recovery. I have been attending Hebron as a volunteer for the past two years taking AA meetings on a fortnightly basis.
External facilitators and night staff
As well as the permanent staff above we have many external facilitators coming into Hebron and our lovely bank night workers Laura, Dawn, Caroline, Freda , Nat , Kate and Helen working weekends and evening and night shifts.
