In the current circumstances Hebron Trust is remodelling its operations. The safety of residents and staff is of paramount importance and the possibility of this safety being compromised is too great a risk to take. At this time of tight social control all our residents will have returned to their homes by 28 March, after which our team will work largely from their own homes. We will have two team members in contact with each resident on a daily basis, and we will continue to support them from afar by assigning staff to call daily, undertaking a counselling session by phone once a week, providing access to a keyworker and sponsor for additional support, offering a crib sheet of online resources and helpful phone numbers, a weekly planner of home activities, medications/help with accessing GP surgeries and offering access to a resident WhatsApp group facilitated by therapists and managers.   We are also establishing a hardship fund to assist anyone of our residents in need. We are all looking forward to getting back to what we do best as soon as possible and we will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.
