House Support Worker/Housekeeper

Full Time – 40 hours per week

£16,000 – £18,000 per annum

 
We are a registered Christian charity looking for a female house support worker to join our small, dedicated team of care and therapeutic workers in Norwich. We provide a programme of addiction treatment and this role coordinates the administrative activities for the Trust.

We are looking for someone to ensure the house runs effectively and to support clients through domestic, social and leisure activities. This is a varied and interesting role which supports clients recognise and undertake their own responsibilities in managing a home, delivering nutrition and hygiene advice to clients, supporting the running of the household in respect of shopping, domestic tasks, admissions and departures, running the community meeting and other life and social skills groups, working closely with other support staff and line management. This post may require sleepover duties.

You should be willing to contribute to the Christian ethos of the Trust. A clean driving licence with access to own vehicle is required. We welcome applications from all sectors of the community.

Deputy  Manager

Full Time – 40 hours per week

25k – 30k per annum

Hebron Trust is a Norwich-based Christian organisation providing a specialised residential programme of care for women with serious drug and alcohol problems. We are currently looking for a female Registered Manager with experience in an operational care management role.

Skills and experience

– Must have management experience in the care sector
– NVQ 4 LMC qualified, RMA or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Care is essential
– Experience of quality service delivery, facilities management and  responsibility for managing a team is essential
– Experience working with this client group preferred
– You must be able to drive with access to your own vehicle

Finance administrator

Part Time – 24 hours per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)

£16,000 – £19,000 pro rata per annum

 

We are a registered Christian charity looking for a female house support worker to join our small, dedicated team of care and therapeutic workers in Norwich.

We provide a programme of addiction treatment and you will coordinate the administrative activities for the Trust.

We are looking for someone to work 3 days a week handling all aspects of finance for the day to day running of the organisation. This will include accounts payable/receivable, petty cash, reconciling resident accounts etc.
